You may return any unopened item purchased from RageQuitRelief.com for any reason within thirty (30) days of the product ship date for a full refund.  For opened items, there is a lifetime limit of five (5) bottles that may be returned without the express, written permission of RageQuitRelief.com. You will receive a full refund for all unopened items and the first five (5) opened items in the original form of payment. You may mail the product and receipt to:
